NegotiationWorks,
LLC (formerly Business Mediation Solutions) was founded
in 2003 by H. Scott Flegal, Esq., a practicing business
lawyer in Nashua, New Hampshire. Scott Flegal has been
resolving disputes and solving problems for business
clients since 1985. His entrepreneurial and collaborative
approach to the practice of law has brought him special
recognition in the area of business law.

MEDIATION
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. Attorney Flegal has been
a court-appointed mediator in New Hampshire since 1998.
He has undergone extensive mediation training that keeps
him on the cutting edge of mediation practice and techniques.
He is a 2004 graduate of the Advanced Mediation Workshop
at the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for
Lawyers, in which he was trained by Harvard Law School
professors Robert Mnookin and Gary J. Friedman in the
"Understanding-based" mediation model. Attorney
Flegal is a member of the Board of Directors for the
New England Association for Conflict Resolution.
He is a 2005 graduate of the Advanced Negotiation Workshop at the Harvard Law School
Program of Instruction for Lawyers entitled "Understanding
and Managing Difficult Conversations", which focused
on managing the interpersonal relations involved in
difficult negotiations.
